After opening her tea room at the end of 2022, Chef Axelle HEMMERLIN-BEST is now opening a bakery.
Since her studies in the trade in 2012, the flavors of sourdough, millstone flours, and long fermentations have never left her. The approach to this new adventure remains the same: taste, sharing, and seasonality.
Located near the Orangerie park and nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll find to-go options such as traditional and creative sliced breads, pure butter pastries, a wide range of snacks for every budget, as well as a selection of fine and travel pastries.
